Adam Jansz van der Burch (1528-1607) was brewer in Delft.

Collector of Antiques and Rarities (See Guiccardini, cited in Bleyswijck 1667, p 585. to the greaqt contentment of visitors. The collection stayed intact, but the family wanted to sell in 1671.
