Leendert van Beke (c. 1665/70?-1708). Officer "kastelein" (innkeeper?) of the Gemeenlandshuis. Poet, is known to have made flower paintings and drawings, but was not enrolled in the Delft Guild. Is mentioned as one of the foremost collectors in Delft (did he collect naturalia or art?).

An example of his fine painting is in the Delft 2002 catalogue, p. 59.
