Rocus Rocusz van der Vin (?-1655). Brewery foreman. Emmanuel de Witte taught his 15 year old son to paint. In his collection was a portrait by Fabritius valued at 45 guilders in 1655. He lived in Choorstraat. Painter De Witte lived upstairs in 1642; the rent unpaid in exchange of teaching Rocus's son.
